GONG is looking for a Team Manager to lead and grow our international network of team riders and ambassadors. You'll be the go-to contact for our athletes, day in day out, coordinating with Communication, Product, R&D (Research & Development), Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to keep everything running smoothly.
MISSION.
Recruit, onboard and support team riders through every stage at GONG
Manage contracts, budgets, travel, competitions and gear allocation
Coordinate rider involvement in shoots, product launches and brand events
Collect and structure product feedback for Product and R&D teams
Build and run the GONG Ambassadors program globally
Track rider performance and grow both their visibility and the brand's
Work cross-functionally to keep projects and operations running smoothly
PROFILE.
Experience in athlete management, team management, sports marketing or similar
Strong project management, coordination and organisational skills
Comfort handling budgets, contracts and logistics
Excellent communication, with real ease working across teams
A good grasp of social media, content creation and athlete personal branding
A genuine pull toward board sports (wing, kite, surf, foil), practising is a real plus
Fluent English (French & other languages as bonus)
Availability for regular international travel

À propos de GONG
Passionnés par l’eau et la nature, nous aimons y être aussi souvent que possible.
Pour vivre ce rêve, nous faisons nos planches depuis plus de trente ans. Et forcément tout a commencé dans un garage !
Pourquoi ? Simplement parce que nous n’avions pas les moyens de les acheter dans le commerce. Alors avec une bande de potes, on a bricolé tous les bouts de mousse qu’on trouvait, cousu des voiles, meulé des dérives etc… l’aventure était en route sans même que nous le sachions.
Cette envie de surfer était plus forte que nos limites matérielles. Elle était dévorante, et même déscolarisante…
Nous avons la chance de vivre cette passion et d’en avoir fait nos métiers.
